Each room is individually decorated and named after a notable or famous person or location in this area early 1900's. The area has much interesting and a little daring history and when you visit, ask us specifically about your room.
All guests will enjoy a deluxe sleeping accommodations complete with feather bed, down comforter and extra fluffy pillows. Because the Historic Heights was originally built as a hotel, we have larger, medium and smaller rooms. All guests experience a comfy room and amenities whether it has a twin, full or queen size luxury bed.
You will enjoy your sleep. When you awake in the morning, you’ll know why baby birds have a hard time leaving the nest. However, as you awake, you may hear the birds (city birds,) distant sounds of a train, church bells, Mississippi River barge traffic and sounds of a city waking up.
