At the Historic Heights, our goal is to make your stay with us so memorable and positive that you will start to plan to come back as soon as you leave or refer your best friend for a stay. We offer the following amenities, but if we do not have what is important to you, let us know and we will try to meet your request.
Also, at the end of your stay, you will be asked to complete a survey to let us know what you liked best about your stay and what we could do better for you next time.
Modeled after the European Bed and Breakfast, Historic Heights guests share bathrooms, but enjoy full luxury rooms:
- Welcoming wine, cheese, fruit tray and tea served in the common area, providing opportunity to meet other guests. The innkeeper is also present for questions.
- All bedrooms have pillow top mattresses or featherbeds and hypo allergic down comforters plus lots of fluffy pillows. All linens are either antique from Europe or luxury domestic sheets and pillowcases.
- All rooms have ceiling fan, seasonal air conditioning, cable TV (if you choose), alarm clock radio with large digital letters and comfy space to read or relax.
- Guests are welcome to use the Guest Pantry and laundry located on the second floor. You will find sink, microwave, filtered water, ice, complimentary juice, tea and coffee (French Press pot to make your own fresh,) popcorn, homemade sweets and sometimes ice cream.
- Common areas with TV, DVD, VCR, fireplace, board games, cards, puzzles and a variety of reading materials.
- Scrumptious homemade breakfast served with fruits, sweets, French roast coffee and breakfast teas.
- High speed internet, faxing capabilities and house phone available.
- Landscaped yard with gardens, waterfalls and patio…..this is a work in progress.
- Off street parking if you like.
- No smoking in the house, but outside is all right.

- Iron, ironing board and hairdryer available on request.
- We do not have a liquor license, but you may bring your own and we have glasses, ice available for you to use.
